Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Hands, Wrist And Scalp

Hello my name is Kajen I have been sick for a while now. I have this really bad skin rash just on the tops of my hands at the creases of my wrists the inner crease of my elbow and in the crease of my underarms also under both of my breast. The rash is very red and dry and peeling. When I put lotion on or wash my hands it burns so bad that I can t stand it and it itchy so bad. Also I have started having chest pains. My chest is like really tight and I m very short of breath I Can t even lie all the way down one back or walk fad got far without having to hold my chest and catch my breath. Also I haven t slept in 4 days and my anus and vagina are kinda itchy and when I go pea it burns when I poop there s nothing solid it s like mucus. Today I ve started having problems with my eyes they will go blurry for a min and itch for a min and I ll whips them out and they ll be fine for a while and start rite back up. My scalp has like this itchy tingley sensation an I also keep smelling something weird it s almost like a kinda sweet kinda sour smell it s hard to describe but I m the only one who can smell it. No one that I live with or anyone can smell it they say I m crazy. The smell I very, very strong when I m around ciggarette smoke. I think that s all of it. Please help me I m going crazy and don t no what to do.
