Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Hip And Near Tail Bone

Please type your query here...My bf has a red itchy rash at the top of hip butt crack on the tail bone. he also has a rash on his lower back on his spine. they look the same however it doesn't itch like the one on his tailbone. We have tried powders and rash oitments with no luck what else could be cuasing this irritation?
