Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Kid

Hi there.. I have a question wondering you can help... I have an 8 month old son. On Friday he developed a rash all over is head, stomach and back. On Saturday it got alot worse, and by Sunday it was gone. I had just introduced dairy (cottage cheese) a week prior and though maybe he has a milk allergy. He was still smiling, a little cranky but really wasnt crying or anything. This morning my day care provided told me one of the other children had come down with the measels. I guess she had gotten vaccinated Last Monday and ended up getting the measals from the vaccination. My sons rash appreared Friday, could this have been the measels.. He his not vaccinated cause he is only 8 months. All the photos of the measels skin rash online look the same as what my son had.
