Suggest Treatment For Rashes On My Back

Hi doctor i am Manju based at Jaipur 35 year old of Two sons mother since last one month i am feeling some Khujli on my body strated from palm and goes to other part of body perticularly on Back and has some rashes for some time which disappear after 5-10 minute and again appear on another part i am useing Citrazine as a medicine on SOS basis kindly help me in this reagrd as due to Citrazine i feel nerveness for 10-15 hour after conseumeing it so what is the alternate threapy for this
