Suggest Treatment For Rashes On My Body

hi doctor, i am of age 40 yrs and height 5.6 inch weight is 75 kg and suffering from urticaria desease last 8 months ,the rashes daily apperas in nights and after 5/6 hours they get disappear and some times they disappear after a day .i am taking certain type of cetrazine medicine from long time but i have no relife.
