Suggest Treatment For Rashes On My Fingers

I had a heat rash/chaffing on my thighs, I starting takin OxyElite Pro 2 days later which is a thermogenic weightloss pill so it heats you from the inside to burn more fat, I've noticed the rash on my fingers and not going away on my thighs, could the pill be making it worst?
