Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Body

Hello. I have had dogs for years and we just got two brand new puppies and I have been getting nauseous lately. I have related it in my mind to when my dogs lick me. I am wondering if I am allergic to dog saliva. I did a search and all the reactions include bumps or rashes and I just feel nauseous. Am I allergic or do I just have a virus?
