Suggest Treatment For Rashes On The Waist Line

My 7yr old, daugther has prickly rash mainly around waistline, its dry, and sensitive to touch feeling, and it has spread to other areas of her body, such as, around chest and buttucks area (round patchy, prickly appearance). No fever. What type of rash can it be?
