Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Thighs And Arms

Hello doctors, I never had hives it started suddenly in December I broke out under my breast my waste by my tights my arms in areas of my nicks I saw the doctor did lab work and they said I did not show any infections in the lab results everything was fine.... I was given prednisone which help once I stop taking it started coming back. In think it has to due with stress since I lost my job in October 2014. Since I could not offered going back to doctor I bought the OTC zyrtec 10mg which has helped put I still have some break out but very little. What can I do for it to go away completely. Yours truly Cari PS can I take Two of the 10mg to see if I have less break out.
