Suggest Treatment For Rash, ulcers And Pain In Vulva Area

I found out I had Barthelin cysts a month ago. My Dr treated me with Flagyl and anothe rstrong antibiotic. 3 days after I finish the antibiotics I had yeast infection, so went to the chemist. I treated it with Fluconazole and Vagisil cream. A day after using the cream I started to get rash, ulcers and pain around my vulva area. I went back to my dr yesterday. He advised me to start taking Probiotic and apply Kenacob Ointment on the areas. He told me I had allergic reaction to the cream I used that caused the ulcers. But today I stil feel the pain and it doesn't seem to be improving at all. I'm wandering if my dr is treating me with the right medication/ cream. I'm in pain for few days already, I need help.
