Suggest Treatment For Reactive Hyperplasia With Positive Result In Montoux Test

I m 20year girl. I m a nsg student in chinmaya institute of nsg. I have matted lymph nodes in my supraclavicular region in both sides. I did fnac and it shows reactive hyperplasia. I did montoux test also it comes as positive. I came in my native and consult doctor and sir is telling for repeat fnac. If again it didn t shows any clue for tb he said to me to go for biopsy. What should i do for this? Is their any complication fir biopsy? I admitted three times in chinmaya mission hospital because of dyspnea
