Suggest Treatment For Receding Hairline And Excessive Sweating In Scalp

Scalp problem.. I feel my hairline is retreating , I don t think this is because of hormones as I don t even have a full moustache and no beard too. I have some white powdery substance on the hairs too , not seen until I look closely . I wash my hair daily as I sweat a lot. I think I have oily scalp but I think these are dry powder I am confused also I have a pimple on my scalp..
