Suggest Treatment For Recurred Chest Congestion And Cold Post Pneumonia

I have just gotten over pneumonia, and have been healthy for a week and have just in the past few days caught a cold, which I think is progressing into acute bronchitis. I have a planned trip that I m leaving for tomorrow, is there a way to treat my wheezing/chest congestion while travelling to make it bearable? I also have asthma and an inhaler.
