Suggest Treatment For Recurred Pneumonia Post Treatment

Hii i was Suffered from pneumonia last year and after treatment i got relief from the same for few weeks and then it got maximized... Whenever i took the same medicine it provides relief to me for few weeks but get repeated again and again till now so please provide some effective measures to me for the same....
