Suggest Treatment For Recurred Watery Stools With Abdominal Cramps

I had loose stools and fever 6days back.. took ciplox tz bd and vizylac od.. was better but on fourthday had ahain loose yellow watery stool.. stopped ciplox.. no fever but still passing small amount of loose watery stool once day.. and also wellformed stools once a day.. mild abdomonal cramps are present.. not sure its due to what
