Suggest Treatment For Recurrent HPV Infection

About 8 years ago I was dignosed with HPV and was treated by my doctor. She frozed and scrapped my crevix. I went and got my yearly done this month and my doctor informed me that there was signs of HPV in my pap test. He told me that there is nothing I can do right now because they was just signs. Is it anyhting I should be doing or is it to late the get the gardisli shot or should I just wait to see what happens?.
