Suggest Treatment For Recurrent UTI And Migrating Pain In Shoulders, Neck And Face

Hello, I have had a recurrent UTI since late november, treated thrice with Levactobact, Ciproflaxacin and Norflaxacin. presently I am having swollen lymph nodes as well as migrating pain in my shoulders, neck and face. What could be my problem? HIV infection or what?
