Suggest Treatment For Recurrent UTI, Stomach And Back Pain

I have been suffering on and off for around 6 months with recurrent utis and stomach and back pain. Been for ultra sound and kidney is enlarged but no sign of stones on ct scan. I have been off contraception for 7 months and didn t manage to conceive so started the pill in hope of getting my periods back to normal. I am suffering with a really bad metallic taste and nausea whilst ovulating so bad it feels like I am pregnant but not. I have been experiencing some light bleeding after sex and can be in pain. I have had the same partner for 6 years so nothing has changed. Need advice
