Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Anal Fissures?

Hi doctor, I've suffered from anal fissures during or after menstruation or ovulation and have developed sentinile piles which are bothering me. Is there a cream to shrink them and also, how can I get rid of the recurrent fissures as they happen every month? Thank you.
