Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Ear Infection

Hello, I am very worried about my ears. My doctor has prescribed ciprodex several times and then clotrimaderm creme, locacorten-vioform and also tobradex. Yet I continue to have re-occurring ear infections and I am very worried about permanent damage and hearing loss. Not sure what to do next... Thank you.
