Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Ear Infections And Painful Rashes Throughout Body

My 2 year old has been sick with ear infections now has a painful rash all over her. Her 7 year old has had strep throat and has had to take 2 series of antibiotics. Could my daughter have strep as well? And with her rash, is that a sign of Scarlet Fever?
