Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Fever And Chest Congestion

my 3.5 year old son keep falling sick with congestion and fevers. He has been on antibiotics more often. Last week he suffered again even after taking a week of antibiotics, Now doctor has prescribed Livolin inhalers 4 puffs 4 times a day and budecort 1 puff 2 times a day.
