Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Fever, Sore Throat And Low Hemoglobin Levels

Hi doctor,I am auniversity student,since my childhood I experience frequent fever,in history as i remember already been treated for typhoid two times.usually my fever is accompanied with sore throat.I recently being diagnosed and has been found that I have low haemoglobin level.Thus doctor prescribed some medication that last for four months up to the point when level turns to 10.1 ,then he advised me not to take any more iron drug as they can have side effect too.After that I was somehow ok for one month and then now I have started to get pains in joints and whole body plus high fever everytime i wake up around 5 morning,I feel hard in breathing sometimes.I have strong headache that sometimes last for 2 to 3 days when it get started.I m in foreign country now .3 days ago i went hospital again and doctor says i have no sufficient water in my body.My health condition has become more worse since August of 2014.Help me doctor i need to know are these symptoms of serious illness ?I have been struggling since i was 8 years old with sore throat and now I am 23rd years old.I willbe glad for your feedback doctor.Thank you
