Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Flu And Fever

Hi, I have had flu like symptoms for the last 2 weeks. A fever that keeps coming and going, a cough, which produces a very large amount of mucus throughout my day. My upper middle chest is in sever pain when I cough now, and my amygdala is swollen and red. It is painful to swallow. When I wake in the morning, I have dry mouth, and my sinus s are stuffed. I then, in cough up the most amount of mucus. Can you give me a breakdown on what you think my symptoms add up to? Also what you think I should do?
