Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Growing Boils On Buttocks

I keep getting pimples on my rignt inside butt cheek and they start out small but the next day they become the size of a baby tomato and I've had to get it drained 6 times within the past 6 months they hurt so bad that I can't stand sit or walk I can't even let my right cheek touch my other cheek. Is there some sort of surgical procedure to prevent theses pimples from reoccurring
