Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Irritated Skin In Perineum And Discomfort In Vagina

Hello, l am a woman of 59 yrs with 4 children - yougest 22 yrs. Over the past 3 months l have had what l thought was hemeroids. l found the space between my vigina and anus (where l have a old scar from childbirth) was painful especially if l was a bit constipated. l also had a feeling of the vigina (libia) being uncomfortable. l went to see my docter who examined me and she said l didnt have hemeroids but this irritation was probably due to menapause and she gave me some cream. lt gets better and then flares up again. l looked myself today to see whats going on down there and this space from the anus to the vigina is white and the skin is splitting, also the libia edges are also white and it looks like its shrinking. l am so worried. Does it sound like cancer?
