Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Pimple Above The Anal Opening

I have a tiny pimple about an inch above my anus. It is not painful but has been there for about a month of which I am aware. I picked at it once and it just grew back. How would you recommend I get rid of it? It does not appear to be growing in size, and it is not itchy or causing any discomfort, other than the fact it is there. Thanks.
