Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Polyps Inside Nose

Hi Doctor,

sanjiv rastogi, age 46. for last few years suffering from polyps. polyps (like grapes) will grow inside nose and nose gets blocked. earlier had medicines and it used to get ok but recently it has become very frequent so i went to another doc and did all the test..

1. allergy test .allergic to d.mite
2. except cholesterol general test seems to be ok
3. endoscopy report shows Bilateral nasal polypois & nasopherrings ?NAD
4. CT scan shows mucosal thickining in bilateral maxilliary, ethmoidal , frontal and sphenoidal sinuses , bilateral nasal polypoidal soft tissue lesions noted andbilateral osteo -meatal and frontal reccess occlusion noted.... no evidance of bony erosion, no significant deviation of nasal septum, nasal turbinates appear normal..nasopharynx appears normal

doc has also said there seems to be no urgency of surgery and sooner the better..prior to test, he also gave medicines - avamys -n/s,dezocoet, ebalis , zintac ,abnut..

kindly let me know 1. how to fully avoid this blocking of nose? 2. is surgery must ?
