Suggest Treatment For Recurring Acne And Acne Scars On Face

Hi, I have acne problem since a long time. i get big big pusy pimples which leaves a dark mark on the skin. 1.5 month back, i visited a doctor who gave me Cap Minoz (for 15 days) and Cap Zitcare (for a month)along with two gel - Acnicin at night and Clindoxyl in morning. After following this routine, my acne have reduced. but the dark marks are yet visible. and whenever i go out for the entire day, the pimples keeps on coming. it has not stooped completely. Today, the doctor has prescribed Deriva CMS (to be applied at night) and Papulex cream in the morning along with Cap zit care (one everyday for a month) and Tab Tretive 5 mg(two days in a wk). Please guide me whether these medicines are safe or should i need to take other medicines.
