Suggest Treatment For Recurring Anxiety Attacks In A COPD Patient

My wife was diagnosed with copd and emphysema over 2 yrs ago. She was diagnosed as stage 4 severe about a year ago. In July of 2014 the doctors suggested that we get in Hospice but she refused. He told me during another hospital in September he had suggested Hospice because she was in final stage of life. February 7,2015 she will be 7 months along. My health is going down as a result of constant caregiving. Her children are useless as far as help. She is having re-curring anxiety attacks and is basically immobile. She also has heart blockages.
