Suggest Treatment For Recurring Breast Abscess With Nipple Inversion

I have a recurring breast abscess (sp?) with nipple inversion. I am 44, ex smoker, not breast feeding. is this something to worry about? I have had this 4 times since august 2014. The area gets warn, inflamed and then bursts with white pus . I did have silicone implants which has caused capsular contraction (scar tissue, I think). Thanks in advance for your help
