Suggest Treatment For Recurring Costochondritis In A Teenager

I m getting very concerned that my 13yr old daughter has been battling with costalcondritis and mono reoccurring since last Nov. She gets better for very short periods of time and then is rt back down again. The pain is bad enough that she is in tears.she was also diagnosed with tietze syndrome for the lump st the top of her sternum.
