Suggest Treatment For Recurring Cracks On The Penis

Dear Doctor, my age is 41 and my penis has a problem of craks in the outer skin. 9 months back I had the same prob and consulted Dr. he sugg the candid cream and T. AF 150 MG tab. It got cured. Again the cracks came in last month, I applied candid cream got cured. with in 25 days again I am getting the same prob... can you pl sugg permanent cure for same.
