Suggest Treatment For Recurring Crohn S Disease

My daughter has active crohns again and we are nearing the end of any therapies that can possibly put her back into remission. What are our best options now and where are the best doctors? Rachel is 21 now and has suffered with crohns for many years,although this latest relapse is the most serious as she is not responding to any of the medications.
