Suggest Treatment For Recurring Dark Patches On The Face

Hi doc. this is alok from jharkhand.sir my forhead has developed some short of black marks ,for last 3yrs n pimples appears out frequently in my face.i m 20 yrs old n thinking of lazer treatment ,wht would be the cost of treatment....? I m 6 ft long wheigting 76kg.
