Suggest Treatment For Recurring Facial Pigmentation Problem

Hi

I have a pigmentation problem on my face from more than two years and a continuous treatment of a Dermatologist I got a good result. Unfortunately, the whiteness is coming again from two months. Kindly waiting the advice what kind of treatment I have to do again. I am a diabetic patient.
