Suggest Treatment For Recurring Growth Above The Penis

My boyfriend has had a reoccuring growth right above his penis in the groin area. he does not have medical insurance. it has been occuring for about 5-6 months now. comes and goes with pain. its about the size of a small grape. he had chlamydia last year but his test results come back negative still. but he seems to think it has to do with that. he says when he jerks off that it does not feel right and that is peeing is different too. and that he is afraid it could be leading to infertility. the clinic has told him its a swollen lymph node. we both seem to think its much more.
