Suggest Treatment For Recurring Herpetic Whitlow On Finger

I am trying to figure out what to do with this yearly thing I get on my nose. I was told it is herpetic whitlow. I get a small itchy blister on a finger. That goes away and then it always ends up on the right part of my nose. What can I do to treat the symptoms.
