Suggest Treatment For Recurring Itchy Underarms And Rashes In Kids

hi my son is 5 yrs old. for the past one year i have been using Zole-F for his itchy under arm and also rashes which looks like prickly when I stop applying Zole-F again the prickly like thing appears and he is feeling so itchy. What can be done for this? please suggest me
