Suggest Treatment For Recurring Migraine

HI I suffer from very bad Migraine which come on suddenly for up to 4 days twice a week,its painful all over and im vomiting, pressing my head on a hard part of a settee arm help im taking sumatriptan and pizotifan but its the same every time ive seen my doctor hes not sent me to see anyone for any checks to find out why ive had it since i was 14yrs old im now 43 im fed up of it i want it to go for good..i dont know why its happening twice a month every month i kneed help.
