Suggest Treatment For Recurring Pain Under The Ribs Radiating To Testicle

I have pain in my right side under ribs and goes though to my right testical. I have just been recovering from a brain tumour. and after radation and chemo deemed cancer free. now as I recover this side pain is back, I had this pain previously and my gallbladder was removed. I have had this right side pain ever since I was struck by lightening and after now shoulder surgery (right side, Gall Bladder, and Brain cancer right side) I still am having bad pain. Any suggestions?
