Suggest Treatment For Recurring Pimples

I am suffering from pimples from 3 years during 11 to 20 days after periods .Slowly it become big(swelling), reddish & hard like a lump & it slowly vanishes after a month leaving a scar . I have consulted dermatologist last year. They gave 3 types of oral antibiotics & Adapalen and Clarithromycin gel. But there is no use. I am 32 years old having two children .Hight 152 cms. wieght 50 kg. I am vegetarian & I use penty of water and fruits. Mine is oily skin . I wash my face 3 times a day with soap or basin flour . I also tried face wash containing solicylic acid at night times for 2 months . Presently I am using Ayurvedic medicine (blood purifier) & Kunkumadilapem ointment at night times from 45 days . pimple formation decreased (only 1 or 2). But it takes long time to go. Please sagest any ointment and home remedies.
