Suggest Treatment For Recurring Prolactinoma

was diagnosed with a prolactinoma 3 years ago, confirmed on MRI and commenced on cabergoline. At a follow-up appointment (I didn t feel right) a MRI wAs arranged to review response to medication. The initial tumour had gone and a new bigger one had grown, (assumingly in the 4 months since stopping meds) Is this concerning, common? I ve restarted caber, but also haven t fallen pregnant despite no contraception in the last 2.5 years. Is it likely related or a further fertility issue?
