Suggest Treatment For Recurring Pus Filled Bump On Neck

I have a small spot on my neck and at times if i rub my neck or scrath my neck were the spot was the smell is so vile. At one time it was bigger when it burst alot of white stuff came out of it and that was smelly to it has been like this for over a year now what could it be.
