Suggest Treatment For Recurring Scarlet Fever With Itching Under Chin

Hi, over a month ago I developed impetigo, and over a month ago I developed impetigo. I did not know what it was at first, and because I have a skin condition I am very used to getting minor random skin reactions, and it appeared as almost a welt. I let it go for a while and ended up with an infection that covered basically my entire face. It took me a little while but I figured out what it was and began to use homeopathic remedies and an antibiotic called altabax that i had laying around my house to try and cure it myself. I then developed scarlet fever and the wounds quit healing for the most part, so i went in to the ER. I got put on sulfameth/trimethaprim 800/160 as well as muprocin 2% internasal/ topical ointment. It has been about a week since starting the antibiotics that I was given at the ER, but it is not completly cleared up and yesterday I re-developed all the symptoms of scarlet fever. I was wondering a few things- Is it really bad that I have scarlet fever again? I am anemic- is it ok that I am taking the sulfameth/thimeth pill? I have been scratching under my chin a lot and it is very irritated, but I dont know how to stop because it has an unbearable sensation of combined burning and itching, is there anything that I can do to relieve it? any advice you have would help.
