Suggest Treatment For Recurring Seizures, Flashbacks And Hallucinations

About 4 years ago my BFF started having seizures, as many as 65 in one day. About 6 to 8 months later she started having what we called flashbacks. Sometimes they followed the seizures sometimes there was no warning. In the flashback she was a different age and when each one ended she had no recollection of the event. Then audio and visual hallucinations added themselves to the seizures and flashbacks. For a long time she never went below 17 till recently she went as low as 3-4 years old. In the last couple days she became blurting out obsenities without control like a terrets patient would. Last night she suffered a stroke and an aneurysm. She was flow from my to Denver. She has a heart condition that has required 2 open heart surgeries and took komadin off and on for years. She has a history of heavy drug abuse. She was throughly exposed to hiv by 2 seperate people. Please help me understand something. I m desperate to know something even if I am too late to save her. Please.
