Suggest Treatment For Recurring Sentinel Pile During Pregnancy

Hi, I am almost 9-months-pregnant and have I have a sentinel pile (I think). I must say that I've had it for almost 2 years now but it comes and goes. Now that it's back, what can I do to relieve the itching and burning? should I have my gynacologist examine it?
