Suggest Treatment For Recurring Vertigo Attacks

I am 35 years old lady. I suffer from vertigo for the last 2 years. I am on Beta Serc 16mg tablets twice a day. I have seen many specialists. Some of them did the eply manouver but no better. I still have the attacks of average once weekly. Any help plz. Thanks
