Suggest Treatment For Recurring Vertigo

I was treated for Virtigo during March 2014 and it was cured. Now again since yesterday same symtems like spinning head and dizziness appeared. Can I see a general physician and get the treatment or should I go to a neurologist? Kasinathan, Palakkad, India.
