Suggest Treatment For Recurring Vomiting And Diarrhea In Children

my son is 11 he was two day in the hospital with imflammation of the appendix and lymod in the grouin area since dec he has been off and on sick vomiting diarrhea like today he has eaten maybe a3/4 cup of grits and eggs eat about the same at lunch and supper 15fries and not even half the hamburger and supper he wasnt able to keep down but breakfastlunch he could has to bowl movements and liquids could this still be his appendix even thou the hospital said his blood count would go up and back down so they seen no need for surgery
